98-year-old Dick Van Dyke has been nominated for a Daytime Emmy (He was born on December 13, 1925 in West Plains, Missouri). As a longtime Van Dyke fan, I am delighted with the news. Dick is a master of physical comedy and a talented actor. He is truly a living treasure. The Dick Van Dyke Show, which ran from 1961 to 1966, is a classic, and one of my favourite sitcoms.
